New Work Now on My Artist Website!

Hi, Just in time for TOAST, I have loaded 11 images of my new series, "Scribble Collage Self-Portraits", works on paper in pen and collage, to my artist website. There are more images not yet loaded, but you can see them in person at TOAST, this coming Friday, 6-8:30 pm and Sat. and Sun. from1-6 pm. Here's the link to view the new work:

Newest Artwork: Scribble Collages!

I've finally started some new work that is not connected to my Inner Landscapes!

These sort of self-portraits are in the form of scribble drawings with collage pieces of patterns and images of things. Then there is the drawing of a face that I was doing about 2 years ago which has reappeared in these works on paper. I started out very small and have been working my way up to bigger ones. Here are a few of them taken with my iPhone:

Big News! My Doll Sculpture in a Local Paper

Today I found one of my doll sculptures in the TriBeCa Tribune, my neighborhood paper, featured in an article about the TriBeCa Artist Studio Tour. It's on page 38 do you have to go to the link and page through to find it or if you live down here check it out at your local store. It's free.

Tribeca Open Artists Studio Tour 2012!

It's that time of year again! Spring is in the air!
Mark your calendars for TOAST, the last weekend in April:
I am participating Friday, Saturday and Sunday but not Monday.
When: Friday, April 27, 6-9 pm, Saturday, April 28, 1-6 pm, Sunday, April 29, 1-6 pm
Where: my studio, 368 Broadway, Suite 307, third floor, between Franklin and White Streets.
How: near most subway lines (6, N, R, Q, A, C, E, M, Z, 1, 2, 3)
Why: It's free and you get a peek into the artists studios and see their latest work!
